Kici om Kokol

It has been 10 days since I have Kici and Kokol, my baby green turtles which also go with the name Red Eared Sliders. I bought them on my 23rd birthday, just to treat myself out and had a very happy birthday. Hehe. I do not know how old are they at that time because I forgot to ask the Lao Ban bha. The only thing I asked him was, "mana satu jantan mana satu betina?" And the Lao Ban said, "yang di atas jantan yang di bawah betina lohhh." Haha! We laughed. Pandai juga ini Lao Ban bikin joke double meaning ah.

Okay let me introduce to you which one is Kici and which one is Kokol. In that picture above, yang jauh sikit itu si Kici dan yang dekat tu si Kokol. Get it? Kici is the girl meanwhile Kokol is the boy. Guys, if you ever want to pet any, please do get a couple of the pets. Since human are not the only living things who need partners to live, but animals do too. Hihi. Oh I just realized that Kici is kind of a photogenic meanwhile Kokol is the vice versa. Kokol showed his back on me! Ahhh shy little Kokol. How we're so alike. Kekeke. Alright, I have not tell you why do I picked the name Kici and Kokol. Before buying these baby turtles, I already had their names ready. Hihi. I picked the name Kici because of the song called Demi Si Kici, okay you should go listen to it. It is actually a funny puppy love song made by two Sabahan siblings. In the song itself it says, Kici is a girl who is kind of naughty. Tapi kawanku bilang~ dia jahat dan sangat nakal~ there it goes. And for real I tell you, Kici the baby turtle is very very very naughty. She has always been to active. Always want to climb out from their home. And if she is given the chance to be out of their home, she will stay quiet for a while. Gazing and staring around, and then ulala there she goes, brisk-walking. She is very fast you know, at land! That is why, I have to keep my both eyes on her every time she is out. Aiyoh!

That is the story of Kici, the naughty baby turtle. Now we have Kokol for the story. I thought at first, alamak what should I called the baby boy turtle. Many I have thought of such as Koco, Koko, Ciko ah none is suitable. I have been thinking Koko but then sangkut. Yeah, I suppose to call him Koko bha since he is a boy and he should be the protector lah bha konon. Kekeke. Habis, in Chinese Koko means brother bha. Get it? I have always want a Koko since I only have a younger brother. Nahhh. So I make Kokol as Koko for Kici. Meaning to say that Kici is kind of like me lah. Last-last, ah panggil Kokol lah since I have been to Bukit Kokol. Can relate meh? Haha. If you have not been to Bukit Kokol, okay you should go there. Go and embrace the nature! I have been, once but I am planning to go there again. Maybe this time with Kici and Kokol, perhaps? Kokol is a very shy baby turtle. He is quite passive. But then sejak kebelakangan ini, he turns active out of the blue. Very kuat makan oh Kokol. Berebut lagi makan sama si Kici sampai bergaduh. Aiyoyoh!

Happy 10 days, Kici and Kokol! Misti mau kuat-kuat makan baru cepat besar. Kalau kamu sudah besar, nanti kita pindah rumah baru yang lagi besar. Hehehehe. Love you Kici and Kokol!
