We Are Young: Pre-Graduation Night

This is just a teaser. Hehe.

May 11th. Friday. Afternoon. I saw Janang by far. But I was not quite sure if it was her. But to feel yes it was her, I waved at her.

Sini! Sini! She walked towards me with this messy and sleepy look on her face. I told her to follow me to Jac's house because I only have two hands much to carry my things and I was going to move in to Nea's at Resak. So after thanking Jac and wishing them all good luck, me and Janang under the bright hot sun walked about 1 kilometer crossing the road and stopped a while at the downstairs of their block.

They lived at Block 2, 4th Floor and 16. Yes you know 4th Floor was like not too much extraordinary for me because I was used to that kind of height. But carrying bags and things to this kind of height was tiring and exhausting. I guess I was not quite exercising. After taking a breath for about 30 seconds and wiped away the sweats, we decided to go upstairs.

Finally. I was sweated all over. So I sat at the living room, tried to feel comfort by the ceiling fan. I could hear Janang complaining about how tiring she was when she was helping me out. She was complaining to Nea. Janang ni!

Then, Nea out from the room.

"Weh, Raihan nak tunjuk macam mana buat make up smokey eye yang hang nak tu."

Raihan pun keluar. Ohh Raihan is actually Nea's new room mate. She's TEKA too. And then, we all sat at the living room. Seeking how to do Janang's hair, observing how to do the make-ups and they were all for the night. It was our MPG. Malam Pra Graduan, and everyone was excited about it. I couldn't sleep due to extreme happiness.

"Assalamualaikum..."

Tini came home. I heard that she went out to cut her hair. So it was 3 hours before 6 pm. I managed to paint my nail with pink and black. Somehow I just painted them randomly as long as it they looked nice to see. Because there ain't have enough times.

At 4.30 pm, everyone cleaned themselves and dressed up. It was at 5.15 pm when we're all ready for touch up. Tini went first, then Nea, Janang and last, me! At the time, Shah was already calling us to "Faster! Faster! Abang ni dah marah!"

Finally we're all done. Got messed with Shah just now had made everyone rushed out and I abandoned my phone. Quickly went down the stairs with everyone's super extreme dressing and people were just staring at us. So we acted like nothing happened. Entered Puncak and entered bus. Phew! That was quite...

"Rambut dah panjang..."

I could hear from a few of them like Alyssa and Elie. And there were not much inside the bus, or took the bus to Hotel Singgahsana PJ. On the way to our destination for the night, we were caught in traffic jam. It was long and worth the pain of the ass. But we managed to get through. And we reached Hotel Singgahsana.

As soon as we entered the main hall, main hall lah konon main hentam je. We could see, "Wow, there's another event of people in here! Some of them were Snow White, Witch etc." Well, we kind of have our own version. Vampire Nea. And also Wolverine EZ.

So apalagi, everyone was interested to take their own pictures. Not just by their own but also among friends and with friends. Me too. I took some pictures with a few beautiful ladies and charming gents at the night. I must write this! Two most handsome gents at MPG would be Tar and EZ. Tar, when he went down the stairs I felt like I was one in the anime. I could see Tar was glowing all over. Like a butler. Like Hayate the Combat Butler. Then EZ, should have admitted he never lose it. He never lose his charm and that jambang really sexy. Something hairy should be called sexy.

We entered the hall. Everyone, I think among us were excited about the red carpet. Macam ada. And then we were at the back just grab someone else to be own partner. Uh what a mess! Signed our name at the entrance and choose which table to sit. So I seated together with Nea, Janang, Tini and Ery. Then John came and he was a plus.

The weather was very awkward in the beginning because they were not much of us inside the hall. A few of our batch mate were not there. But then after several performance made among friends, the weather turned out sunny. There was this video clip made and showed that night. It was all about us. I did not expect the twice appearance of me from the video. Jeez, I was blushed.

Something that night, I don't know, I felt different. I felt being the attention. Poyo. I was kind of regret of being missed to sing out some lines when EZ suddenly came and hold out the microphone for me. Damn sorry! I forgot the lyrics. Kalau tidak sudah saya nyanyi tu! That night, we hold too few singers. We kind of having Adele live on the stage (Mai sure looked very Adele).

Then we had games. Might to let you know that people from our table actually won over a few games. Nea was the Queen. Tini won the game that she had to sing for herself. And all of us won the Bomb game. Hilarious.

"Weh asal hang tak cakap, 'aku dah tau dah aku menang'?"

"Mana boleh weh. Itu hang punya. Kalau hang menang, hang cakap macam tu."

Oh I should have mentioned about the food. Yeah it was good. And I was totally fulled. Our night ended early. There were 30 minutes left before the actual closing time. Apalagi. The music was turned on so loud. And we were dancing. Oh jeez! I could see that they were very shy to begin with. Nah satu kali si Shahrul lead sana depan barulah! Woo! I was very excited to dance. This was crazy! But to think of whether to dance extremely or record them dance, it was hard. I wanted to dance and I wanted to record badly at the same time.

This was the happiest night ever! I am dying to that night again!

Sadly we finally reached the highest of our clock. Everybody took pictures together. I did not want to go home! I did not want to go home!

"Tak nak balik weh...tak nak balik!"

I kept repeating this line on our journey came home. And so was, Malam Pra Graduan.
